634 Gillbert

So I decided to make a lilo & stitch Oc, and I think his name would end up being gilbert, now, I know that in the series jumba only made 628 or so, yet...well....I didn't want to take up any of those slots since...well...they're technically already taken, so the idea felt a bit strange, i'm not sure how they'd have this guy but...well, that doesn't matter(I might work that out later). anyways, 634 is made to disrupt Sea vessels and cause sea-reliant forces to basically become screwed. gilbert is an expert swimmer, and can swim at extremely fast speeds, along with having supreme agility underwater as well. he has six legs and rather sharp claws, which does make him still have a bit of speed on land, along with giving him a bit of a spring in his step. he has a built-in sonar that works best underwater, making him able to detect anything in a mile radius within underwater. he has four anglerfish-like lights that can move around in hypnotic manners, along with it able to emit sonar pulses. Gillbert's offensive ability is to spit out small venom bursts that glide through the water like slow-motion torpedoes. now for his main ability, he is able to send pulses that can take control of sea-crafts(possibly other vessels as well, yet that is untested), causing boats to crash within eachother or to cause them fight their own allies. now, the problem with gilbert Is that he is really shy, and gets rather fidgety around others, and will run away whenever he sees someone that looks like a threat. as for the place he belongs, I think he'd be in a search and rescue team, able to guide lost boats to shore, and even be able to locate castaways. so yeah guys!! that's gilbert!!
